Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

This policy explains how Skylift Web LLC ("Skylift," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It covers skyliftweb.com and the forms, calls, emails, and text messages connected to it.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you fill out our booking form, we collect your answers (industry, business location, annual revenue range, monthly marketing spend range, and your biggest marketing problem) and your contact details (name, business name, website, email, and phone number). We also collect anything you send us by call, text, or email, and the details you enter when you book a call on our calendar.
  • Your contact consent record. If you check the contact consent box, we record that you checked it, the date and time, the version and wording of the consent text you saw, and your device's time zone. We keep this record as proof of your consent.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the referring page. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.

Cookies and similar tools

  • We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this site. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
  • The site saves your light or dark display preference in your browser's local storage.
  • Some features are provided by third parties that may set their own cookies or collect technical information when they load: our booking calendar (provided through GoHighLevel), embedded YouTube videos, and fonts served by Google Fonts. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Some features, such as the booking calendar, may not work without them.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry, decide whether we're a good fit, schedule calls, and provide our services.
  • To call, text, and email you about your inquiry, your appointments, and our services, if you agreed to be contacted.
  • To send marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site and our services.
  • To keep records of consent and opt-out requests, and to meet our legal obligations.

How we share information

  • Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run our business, only so they can provide services to us. These include our CRM, scheduling, email, and text messaging platform (GoHighLevel, also known as LeadConnector), our website host (Cloudflare), our business email provider (Google Workspace), and the phone carriers that deliver our calls and texts.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Skylift is involved in a merger, sale, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
  • We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or rent personal information, including sensitive personal information, to anyone.

Text messaging and mobile information

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for details.

Email

  • Our marketing emails identify Skylift as the sender, include our postal address, and include a way to unsubscribe.
  • We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • After you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send emails related to an appointment you booked or services you requested.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as working with you, keeping business records, and resolving disputes, or as long as the law requires. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to show we followed your choices. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults acting on behalf of businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

  • You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We may need to keep some information, such as consent and opt-out records, where the law requires or allows it.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email.
  • You can stop texts by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling you at any time.

To make a privacy request, email privacy@skyliftweb.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page.
